  • We improved UX when a driver is returning late a vehicle. We identified two cases depending on the MAX LATE variable definition in Mission Control: Assuming a 16 minutes MAX LATE variable
  1. Under Max Late: The 16 minutes after the reservation has ended (drop-off time) ➝ Able to lock/unlock
  2. After Max Late: After those 16 minutes ➝ Not able to lock/unlock - Disable keyless buttons

• New label added in MC to let admin knows if the customer's phone number is not confirmed. If the driver has a phone number without confirmation they will be able to ask for a verification code and insert it.

New Features/Enhancements:

• Open fields - Reservation Categories to Reservation Flow for Ascend. Ascend orgs need to include a tag associated with the reservation purpose. This tag will enable the Admins to take actions according to that reservation category.
• Igloo Keybox integration for WRA. A new button was added in WRA on the reservation details screen. This button will generate a PIN and make it visible in the app once a reservation has been confirmed or X time before the reservation start time. The user can then use the generated PIN to unlock the keybox and access the vehicle's key.

English text: Ending your reservation will result in the loss of access to the vehicle from the mobile application and may charge your payment card. Make sure you lock the vehicle and have everything ready before pressing "Next".

Overview: We are pleased to announce that we will begin our next phase of the Next Generation App. 

Phase 2: New Generation App becomes default with an option to revert to the classic version.
