Cleanliness Reporting Tool 

How does it work? 

New report type

There is a new report in the LM reporting tool called "Forms and Responses". That report will allow admin users to export the following fields:

  • Form ID: ID of the formulary
  • Form name: Name of the formulary. e.g: cleanliness
  • Form Source Id: ID of the entity the form is attached. e.g: the ID of a reservation
  • Form Source Name: Name of the entity attached to a reservation. e.g: ReservationDriver
  • Form User Id: Id of the user that submitted the form
  • Form Subject: the name of the field of the form that was submitted. It could be: clean_comment, clean_rating, comments, damage_image, ...
  • Form Response: The response of the user.
  • Response ID: The LM ID of the response
  • Response Created Time:
  • Response Reference Id: This is the entity related to the response of the form.
    • For example.
      • - if it is a cleanliness form, the reference will be a vehicle
      • - if it is a fuel capture, the reference will be a document (photo)
  • Response Reference Name: the Id of the reference
  • Response Document: if the response is a photo, this field will show a link to MC3 showing the photo

Can I do it on my own?

No. Our CX Team can work their magic for you. Simply, create a JIRA Support Ticket and we can take it from there. 

Is there a specific format you would like us to use?

Yes. It will need to be a CSV File and we can support the following information: 

Before you proceed, prepare a CSV file that contains any of the following user driver data. Note: The CSV file must adhere to the following structure and there are only 4 fields that are required:

  • User group ID (Required)
  • First name (Required)
  • Middle name
  • Last name (Required)
  • Date of birth
  • Email (Required)
  • Mobile Phone (Must be a valid phone number, e.g. +358401234567)
  • Driver license ID
  • Driver license exp. date
  • Driver license country
  • Driver license state
  • Jurisdiction
  • Country
  • State/Province
  • City
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • Postal code
  • Extra fields (in JSON format)

Which organizations qualify?

Please discuss with your CX Representative if your organization qualifies.

How long will it take to be added to our platform?

Once you submit all the information needed, our support team will let you know when it will be completed.
