New Reporting Tool | Forms and Responses

What does this new reporting tool do? 

The Forms and Responses Tool will allow admin users to export information about the reservation's cleanliness and rating! 

How would I access this new tool as a user? 

Go to Reports in the navigation menu  in Mission Control –> 

2.  Go to Create Report on the top right of Mission Control → 

3. Once you click on Create Report →  Select Columns screen will open → Click inside  1. Create New Column 

4. Click on Categorical and Forms and Responses is the first choice 

      • Once you click here,  you get to choose from the following options for your report: 
    • Form ID: ID of the Form 
  • Form name: Name of the Form . e.g: cleanliness

  • Form Source Id: ID of the entity to the form is attached. e.g: the ID of a reservation

  • Form Source Name: Name of the entity attached to a reservation. e.g: ReservationDriver

  • Form User ID: ID of the user that submitted the form

  • Form Subject: the name of the field of the form that was submitted. It could be: clean_comment, clean_rating, comments, damage_image, ...

  • Form Response: The response of the user.

  • Response ID: The Launch Mobility  ID of the response

  • Response Created Time:

  • Response Reference ID: This is the entity related to the response of the form.

    • For example.
      • - If it is a cleanliness form, the reference will be a vehicle
      • - If it is a fuel capture, the reference will be a document (photo)
  • Response Reference Name: the ID of the reference

  • Response Document: if the response is a photo, this field will show a link to Mission Control showing the photo
